The usual selection of good photos so far.

Mine are HERE hope they complement the shots already taken. (best to click on 'slideshow' it is playing silly buggers for me tonight, taken me all evening to do this!)

I have to agree with Rob's excuses. Wrong kit, wrong light....................might even be the photographers:confused:

    Beauty ?

like i say no popping here . but i started on lane 7 . yeah the one that gave the trouble . poor old peter .shot it and hit high right in the kill . never moved . i said to him when i sat down next that i could see his hit and it was not a splash from the rim . but fair play to him he said no it had not gone down so he had missed . anyway it fell for me and neil . ( so did just about everything else for neil ) but the setting of number 14 down on the log in the stream was superb . and up the valley the hill strectched away to the skyline . marvelous . like i say perhaps it is best just in the mind , a memory to bring out now and again when knee deep in mud in the winter league ??? Hols i know what you mean... i'll remember it for the day that I was on the other side of the coin from Byley... for the bafflement, and proabably the benchmark for picturesque target placement to date... and i knew when I stood in front of the lanes I would fail to capture the feel of the place... and i'd probably struggle on the course. I wish i was as right about my aim points as I was about those two points...

    Wind ?

first time this year i have beaten your score i think . the hardest part was the field . from inside edge to outside two inches takes a bit of nerve and of course the fact that the heat haze was moving one way and the close in breeze was moving the other way as i found out on the blo-dy popsheep ??? sorry simon, got my piemen mixed up!

Hols, that's the problem, when i was 2 out i should have been inside, and when I was inside i was either on the wrong side or should have been out... i can see what happened... now... but when your head goes down you don't tend to look up and out so well. Oh well... sywell next... there's only the tricky start, the baffling middle and the battle along the bank to think about :D Several visits in hand and all i can guarantee is that it won't be over till the last shot is sent...
