Depends where you get parked, but if you are in the gravel cp adjacent to the course, then no, you'll be fine.

    Kneeling rolls

    Hi Tony,

Will kneeling rolls by provided at GP1 as they were at the BFTA Champs and Inter-Regionals?
Will there be a mat provided to rest knee on?

    Thanks,
    Helen

When finished, on each lane you should only be able to see the two target you are about to shoot. Every effort has been made to obscure targets from other lanes so you don't shoot them in error!
For added safety, any very close targets (10 to 20 yards) have been screened to hopefully preventing any ricochets from coming back onto the firing line direction.

A flat mat will be provided by Avon Hawks to rest the knee on. Not sure about kneeling rolls, don't think so unless the BFTA will be providing them!

Shooters should provide their own kneeling roll if they wish to use one.

No. Kneeling roll or just kneel on the ground.

The ground at the Hawks is dry, and I have put a thin door mat on the firing points.

John one out = 1 space for Am

Simon Pattell out - couple of places for pm

    Just a quick head up.
I was testing the Polish Chrono the #bfta will be using at Gp 1

A gun running at about 760 fps was on average 5 -7 fps high.
A gun running at 782 was running 10 -12 fps high.

so I strongly suggest if you run closer to the limit you test your gun prior to starting the Gp

I am going to be one of the marshals all day on Sunday, can I please ask you all to read the new kneeling / standing rules about loading your rifle and also regarding kneeling rolls and bean bags.

I KNOW you all know them off by heart already, but read them anyway, please.
