Pretty sure the HC and full length are identical, except for barrel and cocking arm length.
Plus the HC has a thrust (preload) washer to counter the slightly lower energy efficiency of the shorter barrel.
after testing different barrel lengths I settled on 14" as the best compromise, the shorter the barrel the quicker you have to accelerate the pellet up to velocity so the more spring/piston speed/mass you require, end result is an improved firing cycle along with less muzzle flip on the longer barrel.
I've got a barrel in the post which I'll be putting on my prosport. Taking a punt at 16" and will see what happens...
Here the MK3 HC can come with a bigger piston weight to keep the power.
The .177" and .22" each have different piston weights, and the HC supplements them with a preload washer.
