    I've got to say one of the best course I've shot in a while even if i do say so myself;) Big thanks to everyone who helped set it up... The Welsh Open GP is gonna be a knockout!!!

    This was my first FT comp with my new set up,what a fantastic course that was,just need to learn new techniques now.
    Big thanks to the boys of B/Gwent.
    And i would just like to thank the lads for making me welcome at B/Gwent,and great food to.

    Just back from the chiropractor back is better booked in to have 2 ribs removed forthe Gp next summer apart from that what a shoot loved it

    Wow what a course b/gwent was. Half uphill and half down hill certainly made me realise how important the lower back and abdominal Muscles are!!.

    Has to be said it was a cracking course and some great target placements..

    Thankfully I'm built for steep uphill shots haha...

    Looking forward to the gp there next year now.....
