Or has someone just sold a hydrographics cylinder on the bbs for £500 ?

If so , there is one born every minute :D

And I am only posting here because if I post on the thread, chances are I will get spanked :)

I think Rich buys and sells all sorts, even sand to the arabs.

I must say that it reads the same way to me. If it's right that it sold for £500 then the buyer is a fool and the seller is Dick Turpin!;):D

Mmm, I am not having a go at the seller.....surely it must be a typo? I really am just amazed to be honest - a two second internet search found a spare cylinder and the cost of fitting the quick fill is only going to be £50.

Still, nothing to do with me at the end of the day...I just don't like to see people in the sport spend more than they have to on stuff.

I suspect Rich has been a little bit naughty and taken offers by PM after arousing a lot of interest with his big price;) or the guy has just payed the highest price ever for a cylinder:eek::eek::eek::eek:

This is what I had thought, but the comment at the end of the thread makes you think otherwise.

Like I said, feck all to do with me really, I was just intrigued that no one else had mentioned it.

And if the mods do find out he has been doing the hockey cockey with PM offers...well, lets face it, he won't be selling on there again :)

I've got a Steyr quckfill cylinder on my HP. I'll happily flog it for a standard LG110 cylinder and £200, if anyone is interested?;):D

Not knowingly, would like to though. I'd give him my cylinder to sell. If he can get 500 sheets for it he can have 25% commission!;):D

I had to leave a reply on the thread, could not believe it, surely the mods on that site have a moral responsibility to protect the buyer as much as the seller. although the high price may have been to make people look at the advert and not what it was for sale at.

I have since learned that the price agreed was actually £450, so really the buyer got a bargin there..

Anyone know any good car sales people ;-)

The mods on that site don't have any morals at all!
