I need a rough idea of what one is worth please.
20-30 yrs old, condition not known ,not sure on which mk it is and don't know what caliber it is.
This is for a friend so he can make a sensible offer, will not be resold to make money on.
    Thanks

With the limited information you have supplied I would say anywhere between £20 and £400.
Bottom end valuation being an old knackered bag of nails and the top end being a mint condition stutzen model.

As Neil states condition is everything and usually the Mk4/5/6 in .22 are the common ones and are not the most sought after bringing between £50 and £150 and from scrap to minter.
Special models, Mk1/2 or the later S models or Rotary breech are a bit different.
