That may be a pre production prototype so not exactly the same as in the shops.

    enlighten me

What area of airgunning are bullpups aimed at ,personally I think its a really bad idea with some manufacturer making air rifles look like military autos , especially the rainstorm ,
I shouldered a daystate and it felt nicely balanced , short and stocky, looking at the shape of them I doubt if theyre gonna be any good for hft , so plinking , fun , ft ,
    anybody enlighten me

Should retail for about £4.99 but you'll be able to get a discount looking at the pics.

it looks from the photos like theres a built in spirit level so definitely not marketed for HFT (not that it couldnt be taped up), so maybe FT but only a few brave souls have gone down that route. Maybe a hunting tool due to its ease of maneuverability? Galahad though? Really.

They are targeted at the sadly significant segment of the airgunning community named after what AJP Engineering are perhaps best known for  rearrange these letters; sbonk....

No offence / connection to AJP whose work is exemplary.

I have the Daystate Pulsur and use it for HFT, I works very well.

Bullpups are fantastic for close quarters hunting, ratting in small barns etc, and even better when shooting from a vehicle. For standing shooting they are perfect. Not great for prone atall and the silly high scope rails mean no chance of a low scope.

I was genuinely expecting something half decent from aa but it's not good enough to get me to spend out.

I like the idea of optional Picatinny rail, about time the standardless dovetail was binned.

I wasn't keen for the first minute or so but after looking a bit closer I think it has grown on me a bit, and it would be a cracking hunting tool and might look better in the flesh.

As far as bull pups go which I always fancy the look of some but they usually struggle with limited gun fit and adjustment for cheek and head alignment, this might not be too bad as a bit of thought has been put into the cheek area. I could see it being a good hunter for walking fields or hide shooting, and brilliant out of my Landy window on stubble fields.:D:cool:

I really like the side lever too, even if the action looks a bit Nautilus like. It would probably look better with an extra silencer or some more length on the shroud. I would be interested in how this shot prone as that would be it's toughest challenge for an HFT gun. I could see it being a good FT rig for someone that likes bull pups though.

    Wasn't Galahad a ship?:eek:Maybe Nautilus would have been a better name!
