I have a picture but don't know how to upload it.
I've also got an STX. If the single shot tray is the same as mine, it is pish and needs to be replaced with one from SMW SMWEngineering
Two other things have found with mine is that it does not shoot well with a clean barrel. I followed a pretty standard routine I have for new guns and the accuracy results were disappointing, a quick read on line told me that the American's typically don't clean their smooth twist barrels and so I stopped cleaning and accuracy returned to being excellent. Also it likes 'big' pellets, so JSB and Air Arms that come out at 4.48 to 4.50 (never believe the label sizes) do not go well, the one batch of JSB's that went really well were absolutely terrible in everything else. JSB heavies show some potential as do H&N Barraduca FT. You will need to do as much pellet testing with the STX as any other rifle, that was a slight let down for me as I'd assumed the smooth twist barrel would be more tolerant.
The STX Streamline is a good rifle, just get the right pellets and you'll be fine with it.
This is my offcut, unfinished prototype from Form.
To add the pic you just select upload file below the reply box and select the image you want to upload.
There you go.
Very useful thanks, time to find out if my woodworking skills from school will do the job!
time to put a pic up
This is my FX Streamline STX, added a carbon shroud and refinished the God awful black varnished wood. Reshaped the grip and cheek piece and added my own 3D printed butt plate.
Great gun but I long for a Steyr or Dommy.
very nice, were did you get the shroud from
EBay lol, just bought a meter of carbon tube, 20mm OD/18mm ID. Cut to length and put it on instead of the alloy one. The ends just unscrew.
Some closer shots
