See Sparky mentioned something about a OAP class on some other post on here somewhere,I had heard a whisper that maybe another shooting class was getting amalgamated and his would open it up for the OAPs class ,I think it would be a revalation and a very nice thought from the management of the UKAHFT.
Dont for-get that all clubs must have extra toilets handy for any mishaps that may accur.
    BIGGER CARDS WITH BIGGER PRINT
    Shorted distancies to shoot .
    Pegs closer together

Nice try Ian but don't believe everything you hear :D

You'll be wanting an on course nurse next to change your colostomy bag:eek:

Here in the south west we have a somewhat higher proportion of retired persons in the general population and that is reflected in the attendances at shoots. This is one reason why SWEFTA has created its own rule set for Hunter shoots, allowing the seated position - shock horror - as an acknowledgment of the fact that not all over 60s are as lithe and athletic as they used to be. Ideally no-one should be placed at a disadvantage due to their age.

This doesn't mean we expect any concessions or favours when shooting to other sets of rules nor should it imply that we think our rules should be accepted anywhere else. They are what the membership vote for at the AGM. So long as everyone shoots to the same rules no-one should have an advantage.

I'm 64, I've managed thus far without a colostomy bag,:p but the bigger print would be appreciated.:):)

And bring on that nurse too.

I think perhaps you're getting us mixed up with the Welsh. :(

Do you let real men learn to be nurses oop north then? ;)

I think a point a year for every year above 60 sounds about fair.

Oh! free incontinence pads as well (saves on the extra course toilets ;))

We are almost about as far away from Essex as you can get without falling into the Atlantic Ocean. Google EX21 5HH.
