I have heard that the 9003 temp shifts. Any truth in this?

All depends how/who sets it up. Most guns have the potential to be temp sensitive, some can be better/worse than others. My 2002 use to be terrible, but since having a fiddle with the reg/hammer it's been temp stable for 1.5 years.

I have a 9003 Precise, which was eventually modified by Jon Harris.
He was surprised to see it still had the original firing valve in as he said it would suffer from temperature shifts and replaced it with one he makes that doesn't rely on an "O" ring seal.
It's nearly two years old and doesn't seem to shift with temperature.
