    Why not this year Willbe?.
    Do you need some special motivation to decide?.
    Lunches and dinners all together in a typical Basque restaurant , drinking cider or beer as much as you can in a friendly ambiance.
    Possibility to enjoy in the village fairs , seeing " corrida de toros" or typical Basque sports.
    Ah! I forget......two nice days in Euskadi shhoting 50 targets each.
    Don't doubt it mate!

    Nah, it's just hassle.
    I think I'll leave it here this year.
    Was of no use, particularly on the Sunday anyway.

    Jesus sounds like an excuse to shoot the comp, then assuming gun can be stored safely somewhere, rest of the week backpacking round Basque region, one of my other great loves (travelling)

    Hi Will,you are right!
    You don't will be the first mate that spend 7 or 10 days in our country walking through the mountains,visiting our beaches, enjoying the Basque kictchen, our people and more and more...
    Last year ValS booked a rural house to pass at least one week among us :D
    Then if you have enough time .....you could shoot :)
    Regards

    One week last year, this year we will be spending two weeks enjoying the Basque region before even thinking of the shoot. You know how much we enjoy the whole experience.
    Will the festival be held in Zummarraga as last year. I want to see the bull jumping again just to prove to myself that it was not a dream after all the food and cidre!!!!

    Booked...

    EasyJet

    London Stansted to Bilbao

    * Dep 15 July 2011 07:05
    * Arr 15 July 2011 10:05
    * Flight 3473

    Bilbao to London Stansted

    * Dep 18 July 2011 22:25
    * Arr 18 July 2011 23:15
    * Flight 3476

    £303 for two, including extra hold luggage, sporting firearms, and the £5.50 charge for visa debit card... so £150 each. Think that's about the same as it will cost me in fuel for the scottish GP... last year i think room was 60 € which aint far off what i paid for the room in scotland either.

    So if you fancy a long weekend abroad, 2 days of FT shooting, and social drinking and eating in a nice hotel, I can't think of anything better really...

    Tesla sorts out the hotel... think it's the Exteberri Hotel, which is where we were last year... something like 60€ for the room per night. Very nice...

    I think some left late sunday night, but considering how shagged out i was sunday, i've elected to take a later flight back monday than i did before... so you can squeeze it down to two nights possibly...

    bear in mind that 60 euros is for the room, so take the big hairy one over and you could halve that... or there are single rooms for something like 45-50 euros.
