Hi all, I could do with some advice.. I have recently purchased a s&b pm11 12-50x56 to mount on my alutec walther lg300 dommi..

I want to treat it to some high quality 34mm mounts.. I will have a 19mm ajp rail or a pardoe rail underneath them to get me optically centred .. hopefully
just wondering to get top quality do I have to go down the weaver or picatinny route

any advice on the above and where to purchase would be great

    regards pete

    Hi Pete
The 34mm mounts i make are fully cnc machined not an extrusion and you cannot get better than these, if you want to give me a call i will explain in more detail.

ok everyone thanks for all your comments..
I really like the third eye/tier one tac rings with the little spirit level in...
problem.. they only do them in picatinny on my walther dommie its dovetail so I will need to convert/adapt yeah?
so firstly where do I get a quality converter rail (not one of those cheapo things from fleebay)
and second will I be able to avoid cocking lever contact

thanks for any answers in advance pete

On my LG300 I had to shave a mm off the side of one of the mounts to clear the cocking lever. If you are running elevated mounts for FT you may not encounter this, however the weaver versions of the 3rd eye look a lot wider so it seems likely. It would probably depend on the height of the scope rail.

I swapped out 3rd eye and riser/converterblocks, for these beauties, less is more as they say.
