I'm a fool
Hi, I'm from Belgium can I do this comp, if yes what do I need to do, to set my name on the list?
Hoi Yoeri, hope you are well?. All are welcome but these shoots tend to be very well attended. My advice would be to arrive around 9 a.m and book into the second session.
Of course you're very welcome to join in the fun mate. As Chris says the NEFTA shoots in the middle of the region tend to be very well attended. Theoretically the maximum capacity is 90 guns, but at the last event we managed to squeeze 115 in.
As far as I know I don't think we've ever had to turn a shooter away from one of our events, and if you go to the huge effort of coming all the way over from Belgium, we'll certainly fit you in ( if it comes to it you can have my place ).
The format for our winter league is a 30 target FT course - set to the usual high standards you'd expect from Calps & Coops at Anston. There is also a 20 target American Silhouette competition and a 10 shot Pistol comp (people quite often borrow a pistol on the day for this).
Competition is fierce (We had 5 World Champions competing at the last event), but the atmosphere is very friendly.
Thank you for the advice. I'll try to be there @ 9a.m.
If there isn't any room for me to shoot no problem, I'm not there just for shooting need to drop my stock of @ Gary, and pick some part up.
Hi Yoeri you could always come over to Emley moor FTC On the saturday if you are here beforehand
Now that's interesting! :shot:
Hi, from how late is it possible to shoot @ emely tomorrow?
Starts getting dark at about 3.45pm Yoeri, I'll be at Anston till that time so if you're close, you're welcome to come down and shoot the practice course we have out at the moment. Drop me a PM if you wanna come and I'll hang around.
If shooting pm do would I still have to book in at 9 ?
Second session usually starts 12-12.30ish so I'd aim to get here before 11am to get booked in and some plinking in Damo.
Cheers pal see ya tomorrow
