I shoot 10m Target Pistol and use RWS R10's in my Steyr LP50 and also used them in Rohm Twinmaster Top pistol before i sold it. There the best I have found and are fairly easy to get hold of.

Yea another vote for the RWS R10's from me. Best I've found for my Rhom Twinmaster Top, JSR sell them.

that is a difficult question to answer

I use an LP10, and I tested about 25 different pellets with the pistol bench clamped

The best out of the tin were the H&N amtch finale in 449, and the yellow JSB's in 449. I also had to play around with the FPS and got an almost similar key hole at 10m with the RWS R10 match in 449

My girlfriends Rohm Match pistol came with a test card that used H & N Finale Match High Speed Pistol 4.48 pellets.

We found that the gun grouped poorly with these so tried Hobby's straight from the tin. Excellent results, even for me  :D.

Of course the only true way to find out what's best for you is to try as many brands/head sizes as possible.

    Chris.
